8th Annual Caregiver Workshop Friday, March 24 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. FREE! Presented in partnership with Discovery Village at Stuart, Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, and Senior Helpers of the Treasure Coast. The annual Caregiver Workshop brings together local dementia-care experts to share real-world advice for navigating the challenges of caring for a loved one with dementia. This year's theme is 'Finding Harmony.' Featuring presentations from MorseLife, Senior Helpers, the Memory Disorder Center, and the Area Agency on Aging. Also hear a special presentation from a REAL expert--a fellow family caregiver who is currently caring for a loved one with dementia. The event includes a light lunch, refreshments, and door prizes. Attendance is free, but registration is required no later than March 17. Call 772.223.7800 to secure your seat. A limited number of spots are available for respite care during the event.
